The tuna slider is such a great alternative to a regular beef slider. It’s healthier, lighter and is packed with a lot of flavors.
Sriracha mayo… kicked up a notch! A bit zingy-er, a bit fresher and a bit healthier. Perfect with seafood, poultry and everything else 🙂 Ingredients: 1/2 cup greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage) 1/4 cup mayo 4 tbsp sriracha 1 garlic clove, very finely minced 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
