Prosciutto and Brie Sandwich

You all know how I’m not into cold food… cold salad, cold noodles, cold cuts, yep I dislike them all.   BUT PROSCIUTTO, now that’s a whole different story.

Now I can enjoy prosciutto straight outta the packet or in any which way served.  However, paired with something sweet and mild cheese, it’s just amazing.  This sandwich takes about a few minutes to put together and tastes like heaven on crusty buns.

  • Your choice of bread, I like ciabatta or baguette
  • Sliced prosciutto
  • Fig jam
  • Brie cheese
  • Baby arugula


  • Slice the bread and spread a thin layer of fig jam on.
  • Slice the brie into thin slices.  I usually leave it on, but if you prefer trim the rind off.  Layer a few slices on the bread followed by a few slices of prosciutto and arugula.
  • And voila! best sandwich ever!  Enjoy with a glass of red 😉
