Sriracha mayo… kicked up a notch! A bit zingy-er, a bit fresher and a bit healthier. Perfect with seafood, poultry and everything else 🙂
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 4 tbsp sriracha
- 1 garlic clove, very finely minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
- Whisk everything together with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the fridge for about 45 minutes before serving.
