Sriracha Aioli


Sriracha mayo… kicked up a notch!  A bit zingy-er, a bit fresher and a bit healthier.  Perfect with seafood, poultry and everything else 🙂


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 4 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 garlic clove, very finely minced
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp lime or lemon juice


  • Whisk everything together with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 45 minutes before serving.
