Aji Verde (Spicy Green Peruvian Sauce)

I was first introduced to this sauce at a Cuban restaurant and I know this is a Peruvian sauce, but full disclosure, I use this on EVERYTHING from every cuisine! I love drizzling this on my tacos, I use it on spicy Indian dishes. This creamy, cilantro-y sauce goes on anything spicy.


Tuna Sliders

Trust me… your summer party will stand out for all the right reasons. Don’t get me wrong, I love a classic all beef slider, but by the 4th bbq of the summer…. #IJustCan’t !!  The tuna slider is such a great alternative to a regular beef slider.  It’s healthier, lighter and is packed with a lot of flavors.


Sriracha Aioli

Sriracha mayo… kicked up a notch!  A bit zingy-er, a bit fresher and a bit healthier.  Perfect with seafood, poultry and everything else 🙂 Ingredients: 1/2 cup greek yogurt (my favorite is Fage) 1/4 cup mayo 4 tbsp sriracha 1 garlic clove, very finely minced 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
