Beef Curry
Very possibly my favorite curry to make. This recipe has so many selling points… Super easy, 3 step (I count it as 2.5 steps) recipe. Stores really well. It actually gets better over the days if you re-heat in the pan. EVERYONE loves it.

Yes, yes I know… tandoori chicken is supposed to be cooked in a Tandoori oven (clay oven). But let’s get real here… I live in an apartment in NY, sooooo… that’s not happening. Also, I do not want to stand over a hot grill and flip chicken while hosting a dinner. My mom taught me this recipe
