Doesn’t corn just scream summer to you?… it does for me. Can’t have a summer party without some corn. While I love just plain ‘ol corn on the cob with some butter, this just is such a crowd pleaser. A bit spicy, a bit salty, a bit creamy… I can eat bowls of this.
So I made this for a friend’s 4th of July bbq and totally stole the show (totally unintentionally!). My friend’s bbq was in a whole different state, which made it a bit trickier. I really wanted to contribute to the menu, but needed something that would carry well in the summer heat and everyone would love.
Get cuffed this season…. here’s how: Go on your first date, rocking your most “casual” look. Go on the second/third date, make him laugh and get invited to game night at his friend’s. Show up with a container full of these piggies……. Enjoy cuffing season. You’re welcome 🙂
