Crème Brûlée!! I’m not sure if it’s the hard/crispy/crunchy top, or if it’s the smooth/creamy/dreamy custard under that cracking hard shell, but I just can’t seem to get enough of this classic dessert.

Isn’t it oh sooooo pretty?!?! I love making galettes! Main reason why I love it so much, there are no rules when it comes to making galettes. I kinda feel like a little girl making arts and crafts with playdoh. Time and time again, I will catch myself humming while making the folds… haha.
French hot chocolate, the mother of all hot chocolates. The biggest difference between your regular ‘ol hot chocolate and French hot chocolate is bittersweet chocolate.
